Each UKAS Lab 0625 certificate includes the expanded measurement uncertainty (k=2), full traceability to recognised standards, and the calibration method used, which is the documentation most journal reviewers expect when instrument accuracy is cited in a methods section. If you need additional supporting documentation, we can provide our accreditation certificate or schedule of accreditation free of charge.

If your grant requires a specific procurement route or pre-award due diligence on the supplier, we can provide our ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation certificate and schedule of accreditation, insurance certificates and supplier questionnaires as needed.

Yes. Many of our academic customers run their calibration in blocks around term-end or summer vacation when labs are quieter. We can hold scheduled capacity in advance for planned batches. For critical experimental setups that can’t go offline, we can discuss rotation approaches using reference instruments.

Average turnaround is 8 working days from receipt of instruments at our Lymington laboratory. A 3-day fast-track service is available by arrangement for urgent requirements. Turnaround time begins when instruments arrive at the lab. We can arrange courier collection for high-volume or regular customers.
