What the form asks for
Instrument manufacturer and model name
System serial number
Calibration range (e.g. 2.2 to 340 m³/h)
Number of instruments to calibrate
UKAS or Traceable certificate required
Previous calibration certificate if available
If you have a previous calibration certificate, you can upload it directly in the form. It helps us match calibration points and can speed up turnaround. Not a problem if you don't have one.

We confirm pricing and arrange delivery Our team reviews your form and contacts you to confirm the quote, turnaround, and courier arrangements. Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 working days from instrument receipt.

UKAS certificate issued Your certificate is issued to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and returned with your instrument. A fast-track 3-day service is available on request.
